Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from Scent Galoure Pty Ltd, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
1. General
We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services and website, you agree to any updated terms.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, product availability, delivery partners, promotions, and operational processes whenever necessary without prior communication.
We also reserve the right to correct any misunderstandings, typographical errors, pricing errors, calculation mistakes, product listing errors, or miscommunications without compensation or obligation to honor incorrect offers, pricing, giveaways, or accidental promotions.
2. Orders & Processing Times
All orders are processed according to our operational capacity.
During periods of high order volumes, promotional campaigns, restocks, holidays, or unexpected operational delays, order processing and dispatch may take up to 7 working days before shipment.
Customers are expected to remain patient during processing periods.
Estimated delivery times provided by courier companies are outside of our direct control once orders have been handed over for shipment.
3. Refunds, Returns & Replacements
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
We only offer product replacements where applicable after investigation and approval.
If a customer wishes to report an issue with a product or order:
- The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) to us at their own cost.
- Once received, investigations may take up to 7 working days.
- If approved, replacement products will be issued.
- Delivery fees for sending replacement products back to the customer will be covered by us.
- Delivery fees paid when the customer returns items to us are non-refundable.
No refunds will be processed for dissatisfaction, delays, compatibility concerns, courier issues, misunderstandings, or any other reason.
4. Delivery Information
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that all delivery information submitted during checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incorrect phone numbers
- Incorrect names
- Failed deliveries caused by customer error
- Parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by customers
We use the exact information submitted by the customer at checkout.
Customers are responsible for informing us immediately via email or WhatsApp if any changes need to be made before shipment.
5. Product Usage & Patch Testing
Customers are responsible for reading all product labels, usage instructions, and precautions before use.
We strongly encourage all customers to perform patch tests before fully using any skincare product.
If irritation, discomfort, allergic reactions, or sensitivity occurs, customers must discontinue use immediately.
Skin results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, consistency, lifestyle, hormones, medications, allergies, and other personal factors.
Customers are responsible for contacting us directly for any questions, concerns, or guidance regarding product usage.
6. Customer Content, Testimonials & Collaborations
By sharing, sending, tagging, uploading, emailing, WhatsApping, or posting any:
- Reviews
- Testimonials
- Photos
- Videos
- Results
- Feedback
- Social media tags
- User-generated content
related to our products or brand, you automatically grant Scent Galoure Pty Ltd full and permanent rights to:
- Repost
- Reuse
- Edit
- Publish
- Advertise
- Promote
- Distribute
- Market
such content across all platforms, marketing materials, advertisements, websites, campaigns, and media formats without compensation, limitation, or expiration.
Any collaborations, influencer campaigns, ambassador partnerships, gifted PR packages, sponsored content, or promotional arrangements automatically grant ownership and usage rights of all submitted or shared content to Scent Galoure Pty Ltd.
All shared content and testimonials are treated as truthful representations from the individual providing them.
Once content is submitted, shared, tagged, sent, or created in relation to our products or collaborations:
- It becomes part of our marketing assets
- It remains our property indefinitely
- We may continue using or recycling the content even after collaborations have ended
- No expiration date applies to our right to use such material
7. Intellectual Property & Branding Protection
All branding, product names, formulations, packaging, logos, images, graphics, videos, captions, promotional materials, and website content belonging to Scent Galoure Pty Ltd remain our exclusive property.
No person may:
- Remove our branding
- Relabel our products
- Resell our products as their own brand
- Copy our marketing materials
- Reuse our content without written permission
- Misrepresent affiliation with our brand
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
8. Conduct, Harassment & Defamation
We are committed to maintaining respectful and professional communication.
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, defamation, slander, misinformation campaigns, malicious conduct, or abusive behavior toward our business, staff, affiliates, ambassadors, or brand will not be tolerated.
We are open to resolving concerns respectfully and professionally through proper communication channels.
However, we reserve the right to pursue legal action where necessary in cases involving:
- Defamation
- False accusations
- Brand damage
- Harassment
- Misconduct
- Fraudulent claims
9. Age Requirement
By purchasing from us, customers confirm that they are 18 years or older.
If a purchase is made by someone under 18, we assume that parental or adult consent has already been obtained.
