GLOW UP FACE COMBO

Step 1: Scoop out 1-2 tablespoon worth of your Facial Steaming salt into a basin that you will use for facial steaming. Add a whole kettle of boiling water and mix your salt mixture. Use a towel or thicker choice of cloth to cover your head to steam effectively. If you’re experiencing breathing problems , we recommend you take breaks in between. The aim is to sweat. Take it easy on yourself. A good 5-10 minutes steam is good enough. Drink water once you’re done to boost your hydration levels. Steam only 3x a week. Skip days inbetween but use every week depending on the condition of your skin.

Step 2: Scoop a teaspoon worth of your mask onto a separate mixing bowl and gradually add water while mixing it into a smooth paste. Use the back of your mixing tool to press out any air bubbles & clumps in order to achieve a smooth paste. Apply your mask on targeted areas or full face & allow for it to dry. Skin tightness is normal, as this is the drying process. Rinse with lukewarm water for easy rinsing. Use your mask atleast 4 days a week. Skip days inbetween to avoid skin irritation.

Step 3: Use your hands or exfoliating gloves to foam up your soap & in circular motion, cleanse your face. Avoid using a face towel as this is a Shea butter based soap & will run out quickly if a towel is used. Use cold or room temperature water to rinse. It will leave your skin rejuvenated! Use your soap daily, twice a day for best results.

Step 4: Apply your serum to hydrate your skin atleast twice a day , everyday for best results. Avoid using your serum if you will be exposed to the sun during the day for a long time. Rather opt to use your trusted brand for sunscreen as a day moisturizer then settle to use your serum at night.

Step 5: Use 1 tea bag in a 1L jar. Add 1L of boiling hot water & allow your tea to rest for 15 minutes before you drink it. You can drink 4 cups throughout the day for best results. 1 cup before breakfast in the morning, another cup before lunch in the afternoon, another cup in the evening before dinner & your last cup before bedtime. Your tea can be served hot / cold. You may store any remaining tea in the fridge however after 2 days if it’s not used, discard it. Drink your tea for 10 consecutive days for best results.
