Direction of Use

Each teabag makes 1L of System Cleansing Glow Tea. Read your label for clarity.

Drink your 1L tea in 4 cups throughout the day. One in the morning before breakfast, one in the afternoon, one in the evening and the last one at night before you sleep.

If you’re pregnant, limit your use to 1 cup a day & if you’re breastfeeding , limit your use to 2 cups a day.
This is a herbal tea which gives health benefits. However , if it’s not suitable for you to use, then don’t attempt to use it.

Storage

Open & empty your system cleansing tea packaging and take your teabags and store them in an air tight container. Your product must be stored in a cool , dry place.
