*This product does not treat any illnesses. If you have breathing issues, do a test run before using regularly. Steaming is recommended to do it every other day . This is a very good product for maintaining your skin glow 
Direction of Use

Use 2 tablespoons of your Facial Steaming Salt and pour them into your steaming bowl. Your bowl must be big enough to use for facial teaming. Put a whole kettle size of boiling hot water and cover your head over the bowl using a big enough towel or small blanket to allow the steaming process to be done properly. Pace yourself properly without running out of breath. We advise you take breaks in between but make sure you sweat in this process. That’s when you know you’re doing it right. We advise you stop once you feel you have done enough.

Steam atleast 4x a week and be consistent with your product especially for skin benefits.
